Jakarta Governor, Basuki T Purnama wants mosques that color the capital city could be functioned as a public interaction space. Considering, the existence of Child-Friendly Integrated Public Space (RPTRA) is not yet optimal.
"The most ready is mosque. We want its function as before. Various activities can be held there. Every 12-year-old child must be able to read Al-quran well," said Basuki, on the sidelines of Safari Ramadhan at Hidayaturrahman Mosque, Pegangsaan, Kelapa Gading, North Jakarta, Tuesday (6/14).

"If you want to develop a business, just tell us. We have Rp 1 trillion per year as capital aid. But we have not had the data of the needy so far," he stated.
He furthered, in future, the capital city will be developed with hospital until sub-district level. Thus people who need healthcare service can get treatment.
"Those have not had BPJS, just process it at puskesmas. This is my hope for all of us," he finished.
